Bánh mì or bánh mỳ (Vietnamese: [ɓǎːɲ mî], literally flour (mì) cake or biscuit (Bánh), is a Vietnamese baguette made with both wheat and rice flour, but more popularly known as a type of sandwich traditionally made with this type of baguette. The sandwich is made up of thinly sliced pickled carrots and daikon (do chua), cucumbers, cilantro, chili peppers, pâté, mayonnaise and various meat fillings or tofu. Popular bánh mì fillings include roasted or grilled pork, steamed or roasted pork belly, Vietnamese sausage, chicken, head cheese and ham.

越南法包(越南文:Banh mi;字喃:餅麵,意指麵粉做的餅)是一種具南亞色彩的法國麵包,雖然在國際上常被當成越南特色菜,但此食品廣泛流行於前法屬印度支那等地區,在越南、柬甫寨、老撾均為日常食品。製作該麵包時,除了用麵粉外,亦會加入米粉,質感相對較脆,也較傳統法捧(French Roll)為輕。當地人進食時,常常加入帶甜酸味的白紅蘿卜絲醃菜、新鮮黃瓜、莞茜、辣椒,塗以豬肝醬、黃油,加入不同肉片,但多數不用芝士,通常當作早餐、小吃或夜宵。
